How long does a typical house pad take?
Depends on the size and the site, but most residential house pads are a 2–5 day job once we mobilise. Larger blocks with significant cut and fill can run longer. We’ll give you a clear program before we start.
Will my driveway hold up to wet weather?
If we build it, yes. Drainage falls and run-off management are built in from day one. We don’t lay material on bases that will fail when the rain comes.
Can you work around my builder’s schedule?
Absolutely. We work with builders all the time and slot into their build sequence. Just let us know the date the pad needs to be ready for slab pour and we’ll work back from there.
Can you build retaining walls?
Yes. We build retaining walls as part of broader earthworks scopes, whether it’s managing cut and fill on a new build, stabilising a slope or tidying up level changes on an established block.
How far in advance do I need to book?
It varies with the season and how busy we are, but getting in touch a few weeks ahead is usually plenty for smaller jobs. Larger scopes like full house pads benefit from a bit more lead time. Give us a call and we’ll let you know where the diary sits.
Do you do levelling and top dressing for lawns and yards?
Yes. Lawn levelling, top dressing and yard preparation are jobs we do regularly. If you’re preparing for turf, seed or just want a cleaner finish on your block, we can sort it.
